Some straps may show markings that are inherent to the hide and are considered the unique beauty of the materials, not imperfections. Our high-quality Cognac strap uses a heavy veg retan leather with a paraffin wax finish. The hides are dry tumbled to achieve a special shrunken type grain with pull up effect. The result is a rich cognac color with a slightly distressed look. From USA hides.
